Xcode deploy to device issue – agree to latest Program License Agreement

The selected team’s agent, ‘xxxxxxx’ must agree to the latest Program License Agreement. Please visit the Member Center.https://developer.apple.com/membercenter
If you get the above error and sign into the Member Center, accept the agreement update and still see this message in Xcode, there are two possible solutions:
1.. Wait 10 minutes or so for the agreement acceptance to propagate to all servers.
2.. Sign into htttps://itunesconnect.apple.com, there are likely updated contracts and banking agreements to accept there too
