- [ ] World renowned wine cellar: 20 meters underneath; T is constant from 11 to 15 C depending on the season; Humidity is 85% all the time (because of the cellar itself, all natural, found by digging); cellar is made by the stones of Var region, every stone is unique, filled by cements; a salamander on the wall is the signature of the company built that winery (the company started to build castles and cathedrals in 1500 in France)
