I wrote this article for English Only group .
We left Scarborough Bluffs Park around 6 AM on August 28 . We decided to go to Kingston a month ago . It's 200 Km from Toronto to Kingston . I was very excitied about the trip.
When we were on Lake Ontario, it was windy. Our boat swayed from side to side. I was scared and asked my husband Maurice : " too dangerous ! Go back home ! we can start again when weather is OK ."
Maurice said: " Sweetheart don't be scared ,I had checked the weather, it's OK after one hour.
Maurice has 20 years experience in boating . I have to trust him .
We swayed for one hour. I am now used to it. I'm not afraid anymore. I took of few pictures of beautiful sun rise.
How can we have a legend without experience of wind and rain ?
At 11:02am we arrived in Cobourg.
Cobourg is just close the nice harbour, It is short walk to town. Not many Chinese people live there. I believe they will move here after I post my great articles.
It's nice there, we had lunch here and bought Tylenol in shopper's drug mart.
At 4:38pm We came to Brighton and stayed for the night .
You can see price on the picture . We paid $39.55 for a night. They support power and water . This harbour is 3 km from downtown. Maurice was tired after driving about 10 hours . we decided to sleep in the boat. There is a queen bed and a toilet in the boat .
It is a nice restaurant. There is a washroom a shower and laundry inside .They also support Wi-Fi . There is a small gas stove in our boat, we also brought a alcohol stove .we can boil water for coffee and cook simple food for eating.
I can finally relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset after a day of strong wind and big waves .
