Evening Time
Evening is best time of my day. Weather of San Antonio, TX at this time is very pleasant and cool, though you need to be careful about the allergy in the air.
Every evening, I like to talk a walk in the park near home after work. It’s my therapy of the day after a whole day’s office work. Going through the grassland, enjoying the sunset, listening to birds’ singing and sometimes scanning one or two deer walking quietly in the small forest, my heart is totally immersed in the nature, and peace comes promptly to my mind.
I need such moments at my day and I feel I am deeply with myself and it’s great relaxing time and reflection of my day. Sometimes in the day, we are too busy to remember our bodies and hearts. This is the moment of consciousness and connection between heart and body. We remember the true self though in the day lots of minds and emotions went over and some of them may still leave the traces there. All those feelings and minds do not stand for ourselves and they will eventually go away, but we still remember who we are and why we being ourselves.
Evening time is the most beautiful moment.
