I went to Thailand with a tourist group on 23rd December, 2018. To memorize this trip, I wrote the following journal.

Happily we took Hainan Airlines from Haikou to Bangkok directly. It took two hours and we arrived in Bangkok at 10:25(Bangkok time) on schedule.
On arriving the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, we can see Thai culture everywhere-- Thai characters and a small temple at the end of the flat escalator.
Not having applied the visa before the journey, we have to get it at the airport where we arrived. It's quite easy and convenient to fill the following forms.
After getting the visa, I exchanged some money then went to Thailand Customs waiting in lines to go through it.
