阿尔伯特省的油气生产深受管道运输能力的限制。和SAGD/CSS 热采厂相结合的沥青部分提质(Bitumen Partial Upgrading) 装置以及建在气体处理厂附近的天然气制成品油(Gas to Liquids) 设施将是解决问题的有效途径。部分提质后的Synbit无需添加释释剂即可达到管道运输标准。天然气制成气油和柴油之后可供本地市场使用，无需外运。讲座将介绍目前市场上己采用的技术，将来的发展趋势，该类项目的初步经济评估，以及中国的技术和工程资源应用到阿省油气工业的可能性。
主讲人简介：Chris Q. Mao, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., M.Eng., currently working as a project director in an oil company; previously worked at Jacobs as a technical design supervisor, principal process engineer/consultant, at Bantrel and Fluor as a senior process engineer. He was the president of Effysyn Consulting Corp as well. Chris obtained master degree of Applied Science from University of Toronto, master degree of Chem. Eng. from Dalian University of Technology, China. He has 30 years of engineering and R&D experiences in areas including in-situ thermal oilsands bitumen production, upgrading, refinery, gas processing, gas to liquids, gasification, cogen, and U&O.
