When depressed,try to run.

    Sometimes someone  or somethings will make our day,while they'll make us depressed.

Only the people whose soul is strong enough can be a  calm and keep goog mood.

But most of us are moody and  easy to be affected by some small things.

Running is suitable way for all of us. When you are feeling tired,you will forget the pain in heart.
