面对人生，人能决定的事情很少，自然规律注定了人要经历生老病死、生离死别，经历很多很多痛苦的事情，人不能看破痛苦，就会陷入痛苦，不管你怎么活，只要没有觉悟，都不可能逃开痛苦。

Throughout our lives, we're faced with few choices, since natural rules determine our birth, old age, sickness,and death, and thereby we can't avoid seperation in life or death, much less afflictions and sufferings. If one can't perceive the truth of all pains, he'll be trapped by them. In other words, when you haven't attained full enlightenment, you can't avoid all the sufferings however you live.
