"Creative Confidence" by Tom Kelley & David Kelley

I am reading the book "Creative Confidence" recently.

It mentions everyone has creative confidence, it's natural. We forget that back in kindergarten, we were all creative. We all played and experimented and tried out weird things without fear or shame. For adults, we also have chances to unlock creative confidence potential, like a muscle - it can be strengthened and nurtured through effort and experience.

But what really impressed me is the idea of human-centered design. In chapter 1, a good example is one MRI technician that used innovative thinking to help children feel safer inside the scanners. He used his imagination to update the look of the machines to be fun adventures, like a pirate ship.

X-ray machines and CT scanners.
My favorite anime "ONE-PIECE" come to brain.

Then read the news of the surge in traffic accidents involving food delivery industry, saw how the algorithm uses a large amount of data to break through the time limit. The business so proud to proclaim that it's a triumph of the scientific revolution, they call it "超脑" or "方舟", show their great expectations for the future.

Everything looks "perfect" - more positive and efficient, except inhuman.
