3. To do the Krauss or Dyno testing;
4. To do the salty spray testing;

Detail:
一、 We went to Cheyida Shenyang on 20200713, and communicated with the agent, and he said thefollowing problems:

2, For the return in Shenyang we foundabout 13% was made in Laixi, and about 87 was made by Weifang or SB.
二、 We went toDatong on 7/13, and we solve two quality issue:
1. The first one, the customer said when changeour pads, there will be a break noise when the temperature of the rotor washigher, and we ask the customer to take off the pads, and we found thiscustomer use the old rotor and our new pad, we asked the customer to grind thesurface with abrasive paper, and we reassembly the pads again, and the customerdrove about 10 KMs, and didn’t find the quality issue again.
2. The second one, the customer said when thebreak system was working, he will feel the break shake and noise, and we askedthe customer to take off the pads and rotor, we found only about 20% of thesurface of the pad contact the rotor, that means the operator assembly the padwrong, YJ trained the operator how to assembly the rotor and pad, after theoperator assembly the break system with the correct method, and we drove thecar about 5 KMs, and didn’t find this issue again, we solved it.
3. The agent also complained click issue, and wewill express one set to US for review.
三、 We went to Chengdu on 7/15, the AMICO agent complained three problems:
1. Click noise;
2. Brake noise – we drove one Nissan car to listenthe break noise, and didn’t find this issue again, and the customer said notalways occur the break noise.
3. Brake performance low;
We checked some returns in thewarehouse, and found about 70% made by Weifang or SB.
四、 We went to Suzhou & Hangzhou on 7/16:
1. The customer complained the clip fall off andout of shape before installation, but we found the box was broken, we suspectedthat exist careless transportation. And all the pads ware produced beforeNovember 2019, and without sleeve.
2. Click noise;
五、 Summary forthis trip:
1. The local customer focus on:
Brake noise > appearance > brake performance;
2. The skill of assembly the brake system of most ofthe operators in the final customer ware poor, and they can’t assembly the pad and rotor correctly, such as eccentric wear;
3. All the agent will replace a new pad to their final customer when they complained noise, whatever which reasons cause the noise.
