window-->preferences-->MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench-->Files and Editors-->XML-->XML Catalog
(User Specified Entries) 点 Add..
Location:首先选“File System”------>然后，"Spring"的存放目录（我的是D:\Spring）\soft\spring-framework-2.5.6\dist\resources\spring-beans-2.5.xsd
Key Type：Schema Location
key：http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-2.5.xsd
提示配置完毕。
如果打开XML 出现：
Unsupported content type in editor. To associate file extension with a supported content type, please see .....
一个可能的原因是： XMLBuddy。将该插件卸载即可。
但是只提示标签而不提示属性，我的做法是按alt+/
