Many young people today spend a lot of time on the Internet. Without the supervision and restriction of parents, unrestricted use of the Internet will cause serious problems. A major problem is that sitting for long periods using the Internet can lead to backaches and even dizziness. It may also lead to physical problems such as vision loss, which is totally detrimental to adolescent physical development. Another problem is the long time in front of the computer and the lack of interpersonal communication. Lack of communication for a long time can make people become depressed, lonely, and even cause communication barriers. Finally, using(playing) the Internet for a long time can also affect our study and academic performance.(117 words)
