呼吸频率页面的Activity
当点击页面的开始测量按钮时,页面进行一个倒计时20秒,倒计时为0时显示呼吸频率
通过将页面的点击按钮实现onclick事件,blowRun每隔一段时间获取分贝值然后刷新大圆盘,这里要注意的是在子线程操作刷新view的时候要用,这里用了一个handler机制来控制开始和结束,每次更新完页面都把blowRun重新加入到handler中,直到倒计时20秒结束,将blowRun从handler中移除
