Western and Chinese traditional festivals.
Spring festival and Christmas day are the most renowned festivals for Chinese people and westerners respectively. Along with the gorgeous communication,more and more people in China incline to spend their time in Christmas day.Some persons in China who cherish their traditions sighed,because of the lightening of the convention about which they concerned.
A survey which was conducted to the issue signified that nine in ten Chinese people intend to celebrate the Christmas day,that is not exceeding our expectation. But other conclusions can decrease concerns from the persons who are anxious about the lose of the odor of traditions: nine in ten persons live in China will select the Spring festival rather than the Christmas day if they are forced to opt. And most of Chinese people believe that the Spring festival implies the reunion which happens once a year only,minority of them hold the same view towards the Christmas in contrast. Most important of all,we can not deny that the Spring festival has a long history of 1000 years in China,by comparison,the Christmas day,100 years.
What I mention indicates that the Spring festival can not be substituted by Christmas day,the factor of it is the firm relationship between Chinese people and the Spring festival. So we can be pacified by the tangibles.
