Cover large distances to small steps, then make it every day.

To know how far your have walked and how well you have done, then adjust your plan, and go on repeating.

If you want do something, just do it now. It's now or never, and never tomorrow, and never next second.

self-motivation

Use 'do' and avoid 'don't' to encourage yourself, and use positive words to comfort yourself.
