以控制台方式启动
D:\software\neo4j-community-3.5.2\bin>neo4j.bat console
访问
地址为：http://localhost:7474/browser/
用户名和密码默认为neo4j
用Cypher连接neo4j
默认用户名和密码都是为neo4j
如果在访问地址的时候修改了neo4j的密码，则使用新密码
D:\software\neo4j-community-3.5.2\bin>cypher-shell.bat
username: neo4j
password: *************
Connected to Neo4j 3.5.2 at bolt://localhost:7687 as user neo4j.
Type :help for a list of available commands or :exit to exit the shell.
Note that Cypher queries must end with a semicolon.

linux：CALL dbms.changePassword("neo4j_test");
