Everyone has a vision, everyone has destiny, everyone has passion, everyone has dreams, no matter who you are, no matter where you are from, no matter how old you are, no matter what culture in your brain. If you want to get somewhere, you want to go, but you need more people to help you to arrive, you must have the greatest vision, more people's vision, not only you.

        In the past years, I had spent so much time to research the reason about leadership success, and how to be a true leader,  you know the life always give a different sense, I had reading a lots books about leadership, I found the secret, the people's always followed the vision, in them heart's visions, when someone have a same vision and can aloud speak, and the other's people will follow you, and help you fulfilling the vision, even sacrifice themselves, and you will sacrifice yourself,just want make the vision be true.

        In the past, I met some people who wanted to follow me, and help me realize something, but in their hearts they have the greatest vision and the same with you. Help you will help them.

        So, when you know what your destiny is, you should have the greatest vision and aloud speaking, you should always tell them, what's your vision confidently, you must believe these dreams, you must believe you must fulfill the vision and just you, like Ma Yun said: If not me, who? If not now, when?

        Have bravely heart are really important for everyone, don't just thinking in your mind, don't just disappointment, don't just make you lose passion, you should opening you eyes, you should open you brain, should open you aims, and lift your head and look forward, encourage other people pursue the vision and following you, you know everyday I just tell my team member what is ours destiny, what is ours vision, all employees know which directions are right. So they know what to do. Why do you want to control your team members? Give them directions, and the vision, they know how to do, what should do, what shouldn't do.

        You must find someone that has the same vision as a member. It's very important. Like Netflix culture, just employ adults, you should do it like this. I always have the same vision, because I believe it's my fate, don't let the passion fade, no matter what happened remember where you will go, what you will have.

        What I have is what I want, what I want is what I thought, what I thought is what I destiny, what I destiny is what I say, what I create is what I say.

        Take your mind off, not be others, you are yourself.
