Should the government focus more on preserving natural environment and less on economic development?
With the rapid development of the economy, some residents suggest that currently, government could pay more attention to ecology system than to flourishing economy. From my perspective, I, however, disagree with this proposal.
First, China, a developing country, had better prioritize the boom of economy. A stout and abundant financial capability is the foundation of a nation’s sustenance, military defense, infrastructure, and technology invention. Nevertheless, in these territories, China still has a long way to go to reach the standard of a developed country without sufficient financial support. Additionally, when it comes to the fog and haze and water contamination of China present, plenty of developed countries have also suffered from this trouble because of boosting the economy through industry revolution. Therefore, there is no denying that the pollution of environment is an inevitable stage for the development of a developed country, which means that the government does not have to focus more on environment than on economy.
Moreover, there are a lot of approaches for China to focus equally on ecology and economy. This is because, nowadays, a large sum of solutions is available for China to balance both ecology and economy. For example, government could improve the standard for purified industry-used water, restricted the emission of waste from both industry and cars and the number of cutting wood. In this way, these could not only guarantee the protection of environment but also the development of economy. Similarly, some other countries around the world do something with the identical purpose of these rules for the sake of the ecology and the next generation. Consequently, if there is a balanced way, why do not we implement it to pledge both human-friendly ecology as well as notable finance strength?
In a nutshell, it has been proved that the government does not have to pay more attention to ecology than to economy.

女儿现在是高中二年级，托福85分，她在英语学习方面有自己的一套方法，其实非常笨，就是“听说读写”：
她每天背英语单词60个，坚持下来数量惊人，目前已经背了1万多个。
她从小就喜欢听音文歌、看美剧，看英语的新闻联播，读英文原著，写英文作文。
她喜欢听英文歌，有很多都会唱。
看美剧也有十多部了，基本上不用看字幕，完全能够听得懂。
每天早上吃饭的时候，我们都会听英语的新闻联播，如果时间允许，也会让她简单的翻译一下。
她有阅读的习惯，每天阅读一个小时，英文原著能够读20页左右，目前，英文原著阅读过大约有七八本的样子，有《谁动了我的奶酪》《巴黎圣母院》《麦田的守望者》《追风筝的人》《纳米亚传奇》《老人与海》等。
看美剧和英剧，还有好莱坞大片儿，都是她的最爱，每周都会安排时间看，目前看过的大部头的美剧有：《权力的游戏》《国土安全》《越狱》《吸血鬼日记》《绝命毒师》，看过的英剧有《神探夏洛克》《南方与北方》，好莱坞大片每周也要看一部。
