I think that gains is an internal change and improvement.There will always be many people passing by you to teach you something.
In 2024， I became more confident and began to learn to put myself at the center, rather than anyone else. I no longer cared about others' evaluations and opinions, which were not important. I am very happy that I can bravely be myself.
Regrets
