After so many days of trying to get up early, finally I was able to get up early enough and have a morning run with Yanbin, and because of that, I had enough time for a good breakfast :)
Last time I was able to do morning runs was probably more than a year ago. I did 2-3 miles a day for at least one month. For some reason, I stopped. After that, I didn't run in the mornings for more than two consecutive days. It was not easy to pick up.
Someone says if you do one thing daily for 21 days, you can form a habit. Well, I don't think it's as easy as that. It may get you started, but without a driving factor from inside -- if it doesn't interest you enough, or if you don't need it that much -- it won't last long.
My driving factor? Stay healthier and losing weight (Aha! Maybe this one is more important). I feel like if I get up early, I have more time in the day.
