主要有6个技巧，spaced practice，interleaving，dual coding，concrete examples，elaboration和retrieval practice。比较常用的或者是已知的方法是spaced practice（艾宾浩斯曲线）、dual coding（图表视觉辅助）、concrete examples（举例）。
比较适合现在的我的是interleaving（交叉间隔学习）、retrieval practice（回忆知识点+出题默写）和elaboration（整合已学知识）
