Libertarians are unpleasant with Joe Biden's judical picks, however, this might be changed, since the Biden team seems to bring some diversity to the federal bench. The judges are devided into two groups, judges used to represent the overnment in court and judges used to challenge the government in court. Both libertarian and progressive legal activists are agree.The president could appoint more judges that used to challenge the government in court, if he is even remotely serious about making a difference.
