That was reallyunsettling, but I fended off the taunts and jibes of the family good-humouredly and soon everybody got used to the idea. However, my enthusiasmwaned. The time I spent at exercises gradually diminished. Little by little the11 minutes fell to zero. By January 10th, I was back to where I had startedfrom. I argued that if I spent less time exhausting myself at exercises in themorning, I would keep my mind fresh for reading when I got home from work. Resistingthe hypnotizing effect of television, I sat in my room for a few evenings withmy eyes glued to a book. One night, however, feeling cold and lonely, I wentdownstairs and sat in front of the television pretending to read. That provedto be my undoing, for I soon got back to my old bad habit of dozing off infront of the screen. I still haven't given up my resolution to do more reading.In fact, I have just bought a book entitled "How to Read a Thousand Wordsa Minute". Perhaps it will solve my problem, but I just haven't had timeto read it!

练习感悟: 这第六轮开始了一半我才开始的,今天就跟着也结束这第六轮的练习,直接进入第七轮的练习了,说真的,也是松了一口气,因为后面的这些实在是越来越难了,现在有了机会可以调整一下太好了。每一轮刚开始的时候比较轻松,那就先把轻松的完成,然后把第六轮剩下的课程先提前读一读,熟悉一下,等到明年这时候读到后面的这些课程能轻松些。
