Let me share with you my favorite sport which is running. I usually go running two times a week. When I was younger, I was an inborn runner, for my parents told me I was the fastest runner among my friends. However, I became lazy when I am getting older. I remember when I was preparing for the physical test of Zhongkao, the middle school entrance exam, I realized I needed to buckle down this examination. Then I started to wake up an hour earlier than before, and kept running in my community. I guess that time I persisted on running in the morning taught me a valuable lesson, for I challenged my limits. For example, every single time I wanted to have a rest I would tell myself that just hung in there. In the first day, I was eager to have a rest within 10 minutes. Then in the following day, I could run for 15 minutes. Finally, because of the practices that I had made before, I passed the exam with full marks. So that's why believe this saying 'Results will reward your efforts'
