Seth: "(To Natalie.) I have one message for our friend over here behind me, however, and it is quite simple. When you do not know what else to do, relax and tell yourself that other portions of yourself do know what to do, and they will take over. Give yourself some rest and remind yourself that in many ways you are a very successful person as you are. Now success does not necessarily involve great intellect or great position or great wealth, it has to do with inner integrity, remember that.
I bid you all, now, and to our disappearing friend behind me (Ned) a fond good evening."
"Ruburt’s abilities began to expand again when he realized he would regain his health in the late spring. (Pause.)
The book (Psycho-Cybernetics) will do you every bit as much good as it will do Ruburt, and I recommend it heartily, with some variations, as a basis upon which to build the rest of your days."
—TPS1 Session 382 (Deleted) November 27, 1967
"Now certain changes have occurred within him. If he now uses psycho-cybernetics as applied to his work and to the (Seth) book, and makes a definite effort with those methods to focus all of his energy into the book, the symptoms will simply fall away, and quickly. They will dry up. Somewhat earlier his energies were so depleted that it would have been more difficult for him to do this in a rather sweeping manner, and this is what I suggest."
—TES9 Session 483 May 21, 1969
"Now let me see. (Pause.) Both of you should read the book Ruburt purchased, carefully, and follow most of its instructions. (Psycho-Cybernetics). I will give you specific material to use along with the book, and will add my own explanations."
—TPS1 Session 377 (Deleted) November 6, 1967
(Psycho-Cybernetics)。
