请降级cocoapods 1.3.1 ---->1.2.1
降级的方法：sudo gem uninstall cocoapods -v 1.3.1，若出现提示，y就是了。
然后重新安装cocoapods1.2.1，：gem install cocoapods -v 1.2.1
