How could I get to college from the airport：
- Taxi：2.3RMB/km；100RMB；1.5hours（ask for the receipt）

2. Residence Registration at Local Police Station
Why I need register at local police staion：
In a word，because of the law that namedthe Implementation of the Chinese Law on Control of the Entry and Exit of Foreigners.
What kind of students need to register：
- live in on-compus：the accommodation office will help you
- stay in hotel：the hotel will help you
- live in off-compus（rent an apartment）：register at the 【local police station】 within 24 hours upon your arrival.
What will happen if I fail to register：
You will be warned or fined.

3. Medical Insurance
- Requirement （the Chinese Ministry of Education）：Students without valid medical insurance are not allowed to register.
- Which company：Ping An Insurance Company.
- How to purchase：Online，15 days before the day of registration.
- Suggestion：Before you get medical treatment，you'd better call the insurance company.
- Go to the hospital：take your Campus card to make an appointment
4. Make your registration
- Change the date：Those who will be arriving late must write a letter to the International Students informing the staff of your late arrival and its reasons.
- Attention：Students who have not registered after 2 weeks since their designated day of registration will be dismissed from the university.
5. Pay your tuition
- How much：Students need to pay the full amount of one year’s tuition the day of registration.
- Cash or Card：Only on the day of registration in the Autumn Semester
6. Health Report Verification
- Have report：New students who have their health report from their home country must have it 【verified】 by the BITHC.
- Don't have report：Must obtain a 【medical certificate】 issued by the Beijing International Travel Healthcare Center (BITHC)
