BJADV offers a platform for people to improve their communicating and leadership skills in English language following the guidance of Toastermasters International.
BJADV values the club quality. We evaluate prospective members carefully. Besides audition speech, current members will observe how the prospective members interact with people and contribute to each meeting.
We warmly welcome people who are keen on learning and thinking to join in us. We see ourselves as a incubator for advanced speakers and advanced ideas.
In BJADV, you will be able to meet people from different backgrounds. On the way of BJADV’s growth, we absorbed the elites of different walks of lives, shared our career experiences, exchanged our thoughts and learned from each other’s experiences. Don’t feel surprised if the person sitting next to you is a dance teacher, a fund manager, a professional trainer, or even a biochemistry PhD.
