Hello everyone, this is Sherry Li, BPX of SPIRIT & SAP for APAC area. This is my honor to be here to take 5-10 mins to introduce current Spirit project status to you today.

For SPIRIT project, we have the readiness meeting in the first week of September as you can see now, lots of green color column, which shows China CC from management team to the BKU to the end users, all support a lot to this project, we can feel the strong engagement from CC. Thank you so much for the support! We can see China CC is ready to go live.

Yes there are some yellow color at the end, which are the open points of the system and the flow setting, which still under progressing. I will not go into each detail, but I would like to mention that now we are following the status and update to all stakeholders daily. SPIRIT team have put China’s go live as first priority and the development team working hard everyday. We can tell the changes everyday. We SPIRIT team are confidence to delivery the system before cutover week, and last Friday, in the go no go meeting, we promise that the system will be ready on Oct 5th. Also, we SPIRIT team will sent a strong team to support from cutover to 2 weeks of hyper care, month end and even the 2nd month, which ensure that China will have a smoothly and successfully go live. This high level of resource really is the first time for the whole 5 clusters.

And for these open points, we can discuss into details if we have time after the meeting’s all points have been discussed.

There is one more point I would like to mention here, which I believe it’s not the first time we SPIRIT team mentioned. When we go live, the system is not the final edition, go live is not the end, go live is a start. In the coming years, we will continuously develop and upgrade this system,  so the training also need to be continuously happened. Of course, most of time the training would not required all users sit in the training room for several days, Webex training or even E-learning is enough. But, the development and upgrade will definitely happen, also the training definitely would be required. It would be very thankful that China CC can support and understand as always.
