Guideline 3.2.2 - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Unacceptable
We found in our review that your app offers users the ability to apply for or receive loans, but it doesn't meet all of the requirements listed in Guideline 3.2.2(ix). Specifically:
- The loan terms are not included in the app.
- The annual percentage rate (APR) or payment due date information isn't included in the terms of the loan.
When apps provide financial services to App Store users, it is important to offer fair terms for the services and give users all the information they need to make informed decisions.
