To minimize the risk of seizure, increase the dose gradually.
为降低癫痫患病风险，需逐次增加药物使用剂量
WELLBUTRIN SR tablets should be swallowed whole and not crushed, divided, or chewed. WELLBUTRIN SR may be taken with or without food.
本药品应整片吞服，不可碾碎、分片或者咀嚼；可随餐或餐后服用
The usual adult target dose for WELLBUTRIN SR is 300 mg per day, given as 150 mg twice daily. Initiate dosing with 150 mg per day given as a single daily dose in the morning. To avoid high peak concentrations of bupropion and/or its metabolites, do not exceed 200 mg in any single dose.
成人一日两次，一次150毫克，全天300毫克。初次服用时，仅需早上服用1次，1次150毫克。为避免该药物和/或代谢物浓度过高，每次服用剂量请勿超过200毫克。
Dose Adjustment in Patients with Hepatic Impairment
肝损伤患者用药剂量调整
In patients with moderate to severe hepatic impairment, the maximum dose of WELLBUTRINSR is 100 mg per day or 150 mg every other day. In patients with mild hepatic impairment, consider reducing the dose and/or frequency of dosing [see Use in Specific Populations (8.7), Clinical Pharmacology (12.3).
对于中重度肝损伤患者，每天服用剂量不得超过100毫克；或者隔天服用，每天不超过150毫克。轻度肝受损的患者，应降低药物剂量和/或服药频次（详情见特殊人群用药（8.7）或临床药理学（12.3））
Use of WELLBUTRIN SR with Reversible MAOIs
安非他酮和可逆性单胺氧化酶联合用药
Do not start WELLBUTRIN SR in a patient who is being treated with a reversible MAOl such as linezolid or intravenous methylene blue. Drug interactions can increase the risk of hypertensive reactions.
对于正在服用可逆性单胺氧化酶抑制剂（如：利奈唑胺或静脉注射亚甲蓝）患者，不可服用本产品，否则二者之间的反应会增加高血压患病风险。
