题目：Many young people spend a lot of time on the internet without any parental supervision or control. What are some problems caused by unrestricted use of the internet?

As we all know, internet is really useful in our daily life. but if we don’t know moderation, it will have many disadvantages. Firstly, using too long-time internet is bad for health. we have to focus on viewing screen if we need to use internet, that’s mean long-time surf the internet will reduce vision. Actually, many people are used to sit and surf on the internet, and this will reduce a health problem. Long time sitting will block blood circulation which may cause serious diseases. In addition, long-time internet using will make people brake away from reality social. That’s mean they will just stay at home or not go outside and communicate with others. In a word, long-time internet using just have disadvantages for us, but if we can control the time we used in internet, internet is benefit for us.
