Today 's story tells about the feeling of Heathcliff when Catherine come back from TG.
Catherine had stayed at TG for 5 weeks and learned to behave like a polite young lady,
When she returned to WH, she greeted Heathcliff and laughed at him. She said he was black and dirty.
Her words made Heathcliff felt so ashamed that he ran miserably out of the room.
Heathcliff was proud but also had no confidence in himself.
He said to Allen:” I wish I had blue eyesand fair hair like him! I behaved well, and was going to inherit a fortune!”
On Christmas day, Edgar and Isabella were invited to lunch at WH.
What will happen when they are having lunch?
