2.What does this section mean to you?Give a story from your life
When Haw reluctantly went back out on his own,he knew what made him happy wasn’t just having Cheese. Finally he smiled as he realized:"It is safer to search in the Maze than remain in a cheeseless situation."
If we looking at this sentence alone, the logic seems to be untenable. However, combined with his previous change from stubborn to afraid, from afraid to lonely and finally become brave and adventurous, the word “safe”here perhaps has deep meaning———-The most dangerous thing is to lose the heart of exploration.
I believe many Chinese children have experienced such a thing. When you excitedly tell your parents about your future career plans, your parents probably will tell you that the ideas are unrealistic and persuade you to take on more secure jobs such as civil servant.Every time I encounter this situation,I wonder why our parents want to limit our dreams before we actually experience the colorful life?
After reading this part ,I seem to understand why.The most dangerous thing is to lose the heart of exploration. Then maybe I shouldn’t be trapped in my parents’ “dangerous” advice.
