This barn conversion dwelling is lied in the valley, surrounded by tall trees and lush bush green meadows. The slategray material of the out walls is similar as the old barn so the barn is closer to its original appearance. Big glass doors and windows are another feature of this cabin. On the periphery of the balcony and the roof , the railing made by old wood are used for safety. The fence outside the wall is only used from decoration.

     The first floor of the barn is not exactly bulid on the ground. By walking on the white concrete stairs, the owner could get on the first floor. The main floor in bears on some jack studs supported by a concrete foundation, which is visable above the ground.There is a basement under the first floor. Also, the out wall of the basement is all using glass, which the sunlight can come though the windows so that the basement would not be so dark any more. The big glass door on the first floor almost covered the whole wall that solved the problem of lighting. At night, the warm yellow light came from the inside of the room, compared with the dark color out walls, made people feel warm and comfortable. Different with the half-timbered out walls, the inside walls are using light color. On the other side of another wall, the horizon wooden fence is fully covered the whole wall. Two windows are inlaying the wall.

      The second floor of the barn has a balcony with railing with the similar color as the wall. The slant roof retain the old barn style.
