IDEA Docker Mysql Access denied for user ‘’@’172.17.0.1'(using password: YES)

并无任何改动，突然连不上docker中的mysql

第一步:登录mysql

docker exec -it <CONTAINER_ID>  mysql -uroot -p
Enter password:
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 360
Server version: 8.0.21 MySQL Community Server - GPL

mysql>

第二步:注意用户名

mysql>  CREATE USER 'root'@'172.17.0.1' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';

第三步:注意用户名

mysql> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'172.17.0.1' WITH GRANT OPTION;

第四步

mysql> flush privileges; 
mysql> exit
