Firstly, you need to remove the nbextensions packages.
pip3 uninstall jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
pip3 unisntall jupyter_nbextensions_configurator
Secondly, Install the nbextensions package by pip
pip3 install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
Thirdly, Install the dependency, javascript and css files.
jupyter-contrib-nbextension install --user
# Or
jupyter contrib nbextension install --user
Then, Install the configurator:
pip3 install jupyter_nbextensions_configurator
Finally, Restart your Jupyter-Notebook:
jupyter-notebook
