pip3 uninstall jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
pip3 unisntall jupyter_nbextensions_configurator

Secondly, Install the nbextensions package by pip

pip3 install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions

Thirdly, Install the dependency, javascript and css files.

jupyter-contrib-nbextension install --user
