Today I am back to Shenyang,I have been living for 20 years.
I used to love this city without any hesitation,however,with my sight growing,I gradually realize the B side of the city ,complicated,unreasoning,unjustified relationships,which paralyzed needed effort to bring the economy flourishing again.
Were there is a work ,I would spend 2 weeks in southern cities,but in Shenyang,maybe 2months,the number of the regulation is too high,unless you make a treat which leads to corruption.
There is a saying 'You must respect the forest rule when you are in forest.'I don't know when we can chase down the former,unfortunately,I am involved in the forest.
