Recently I read an article:《The Buffet Formula - How To Get Smarter》

Buffett and his longtime business partner are very smarter.They become billionaires ,in part,because they are smart.Everybody wants to be smart,but what we can do to become smart.

Buffett  and Munger,his partner,read a lot every day.They said it's hardly to find a partnership in which two people settle on reading more hours of the day than in theirs.Buffett says,"I just sit in my office and read all day"As for the question of how to become samrt, he said "read 500 pages everyday.That's how knowledge builds up,like compound interest"

I think the activity of  reading  500 pages every day is very hard for me.When I read books，especially the pretty good books,I'm very slowly,and I think this way of reading is right.To fully understand this book is my goal.Of course,I 'm quickly when I read some information.

How to read books.

As the writer said,you need to be critical and always thinking,you need to do the mental work required to hold an opinion.

Buffet said he doesn't read other people's opinions,he wants to get the fact,and then think.Because they spent so much time preparing themselves by quietly sitting and reading and thinking,Buffett  and Munger make decisions very rapidly.Practice makes perfect,if my reading and thinking are continuous,one day,I 'll see things immediately and make actual decisions very rapidly as Munger.

Mortimer Adler writes:"The person who says he knows what he thinks but cannot express it usually does not know what he thinks."In this way,if you think you fully understand something you've read,just express it ,,write it or talk this to   someone else.If you found it's hard to express,then you need read the book again and think more.

Feynman understood the difference between knowing something and knowing the name of something.If you think you know something,then go through the Feynman Technique.If the toddler you teach understand what you say,then it's proves you real understand what you have learned.To learn something means a lot of work,don't be afraid,just do it.
