传统语法讲的是人和物的区别，其实不然。根本上来说是自我感受和他人感受的区别。
-ed 用于表示当事人的感受
She is tired from taking care of the kids.
-ing 用于表示人, 事或物的特点
Taking care of the kids is tiring for her.
