Beat some eggs into a bowl and  stir it well.                                  2.Put some flour into the egg liquid and stir it well.                            3.Cut up some carrots, green onions and ham sausage.                4.Put the carrots, green onions and ham sausage into the egg liquid with flour and stir it well again.          5.Pour a little oil into the pan then let the oil fill the pan.                            6.When the pan gets very hot, pour the egg liquid from step 4 into the pan.                                                  7.After about one minute, put it out.
