Biden should nominate judges who battled the government in court

President Biden's judicial picks, which looking forward to bringing professional diversity to the federal bench were not totally agreed by the Libertarians. Because Democratic President identified judicial candidates who were regarded as underrepresented on the federal bench. The two parties and legal activists can not agree the federal courts staying in wild imbalance. 

As a law enforcement booster, President Biden would appoint more judges who used to challenge the government in court.
