Georgia Reports 2979 New Cases, 53 Deaths

2979 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 53 people have died, 3470 people have recovered.
A total of 904 181 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 852,560 have recovered and 12,971 have died.
The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:
1,325 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 229, Imereti – 493, Kvemo Kartli – 135, Shida Kartli – 207, Guria – 109, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 184, Kakheti – 137, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 81, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 59 , Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti-20.
2,361,557 people have been fully vaccinated so far.
As of December 16, 3,123 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 4215 patients recovered and 39 died.

一、据格鲁吉亚政府疫情防控门户网站（stopcov.ge）信息，12月17日，格境内新增新冠肺炎确诊病例2979例，治愈3470例，死亡53例。据介绍，今日确诊病例中，1325例来自第比利斯市，493例来自伊梅列季州，229例来自阿扎尔自治共和国，207例来自什达—卡尔特利州，184例来自萨梅格列洛—上斯瓦涅季州，137来自卡赫季州，135例来自克维莫—卡尔特利州，109例来自古里亚州，81例来自姆茨赫塔—姆季阿涅州，59例来自萨姆茨赫—扎瓦涅季州，20例来自拉恰—列奇呼米和下斯瓦涅季州。今日共进行47937份核酸和抗原快速检测，呈阳性率为6.21%。
二、截至12月17日17:00，格境内新冠肺炎累计确诊病例904181例，治愈852560例，死亡12971例。此外，40人正接受医学隔离，5798人接受医学观察，1107人被安置在专用酒店。
