Day 8
我很美，每个人都喜欢我
对我来说，镜子练习一开始并不容易。
我最难说出口的话是，露易丝，我爱你。
我流着泪，做了好多练习。
每一回当我对自己说我爱你，都会心生抗拒，无法一口气说出来。
但我坚持下来了，也很庆幸自己做到了，因为镜子练习让我的人生脱胎换骨。
有一天，我决定做一个小小的练习。
我看着镜子对自己说：
我很美，而且每个人都喜欢我
当然，一开始我自己都不相信，但我对自己很有耐心，很快就觉得不会太难启齿了。
然后，在那一整天，不管我走到哪里，都会对自己说：我很美，而且每个人都喜欢我。
这让我脸上露出了笑容。
惊奇的是，大家都非常友好的回应了我。
那天我体验到了一个奇迹—— 一个爱自己的奇迹。

I am beautiful, and everybody lovesme
Mirror work was not easy for me in the beginning. T
he most difficult words for me to say were: I love you, Louise.
I shed a lot of tears, and it took a lot of practice.
I had to breathe through my resistance each time I said I love you to myself.
But I stuck with it. And I’m glad I did, because mirror work has transformed my life.
One day, I decided to try a little exercise.
I looked in the mirror and said to myself, “I am beautiful, and everybody loves me.”
Of course, I didn’t believe it at first, but I was patient with myself, and it soon felt easier.
Then, for the rest of the day, I said to myself wherever I went, “I’m beautiful, and everybody loves me.”
This put a smile on my face.I
t was amazing how people reacted to me. Everyone was so kind.
That day I experience a miracle – a miracle of self-love.
