1. go to bed before9:30.
2. No solid food after 7:00pm
3. Stop eating once I feel full
4. Keep doing outdoor activities (climb mountains)
5. Go back to yoga class
6. Do more things I like
新年计划:
1. 9:30之前上床。
2. 7点后不吃固体食物。
3. 一觉的饱了就停止进食。
4. 继续爬山。
5. 回去上瑜伽课。
6. 多做些我喜欢的事情。
