HR? If you hear this, what comes into your mind or how well do you know HR? Personally, I'm not really familiar with the ins and outs of HR since I had little to no chance to connect with them but as an employee, we couldn't avoid them if we are looking for a job. HR plays a big role in hiring you to be a part of their team. In fact before you enter a company, you will meet them first. Once you passed the interview then they may connect you to the boss or someone with a higher position in order to get the offer but you can never tell what kind of person you will meet in your interview. So trying to please the interviewer will be a difficult thing. Every person is different but then again, they're just people. Sometimes, if you're in luck and the interviewer is in a good mood, you can pass the interview easily, maybe. What's your thoughts on this? If you work in the HR department, please pay more attention on the people’s ability and passion to handle a job or to solve a problem rather than focusing only on their certificates because you never know, you might be in for a surprise. If you interview a person with years of experience and a lot of certificates but not so passionate then you may need to consider whether they suit the job or not. In the end, I just want to say that my dears, please establish a professional relationship with the HR because they are working hard and they can provide you more opportunities. They can provide you the latest information then you will have enough time to prepare so that you can pass the interview and if you are an HR staff then try your best to teach the people who are looking for the job because once in your life, you were like just like them too, waiting for someone to give you a chance.
