aab 打包后 so 加载问题

在 gradle 3.2 版本后，as 可以打包 aab（Android App Bundle）文件，在 GooglePlay 上发版可以节省用户下载 apk 的体积；
原始就是可以根据 aab 的支持，拆分出各种环境的 splits/apk ，用户下载前 GP 会判断用户当前环境，然后值下载对应环境支持的 apk。

而 so 文件在以 arm.apk 文件的形式存在，在这种情况下运行应用时应用的 maps 是无法看到 so 文件的加载的；查看 lib 路径，找不到对应的 so 文件；

生成 apks 文件：

java -jar bundletool-all-0.13.0.jar build-apks --bundle=app-debug.aab --output=app_dbg.apks
安装 apks 文件：
java -jar bundletool-all-0.13.0.jar install-apks --apks=app_dbg.apks
查看当前设备的支持环境信息：
java -jar bundletool-all-0.13.0.jar get-device-spec --output=tcl.json --adb=D:\sdk\platform-tools\adb.exe
