iOS开发-frame小技巧

• CGRectInset
  Returns a rectangle that is smaller or larger than the source rectangle, with the same center point.
  返回一个和原来的矩形一样的中心点，但是偏小或者偏大的矩形
• CGRectOffset
  Returns a rectangle with an origin that is offset from that of the source rectangle.
  返回一个原点偏移的矩形

    tableView.frame = CGRectInset(self.view.bounds, 10, 10);
    tableView.backgroundColor = [UIColor redColor];
    [self.view addSubview:tableView];
