I don't really like fast food, beacause there are too many other choices in China. However, sometimes I will choose Fast food restaurants, because sometimes the food is delicious, such as the fried chicken in KFC . In addtion, when I travel abroad where the local cuise is not my type or the price is too high,I have to choose the fast food restaurants. in my opinion,having a balanced and healthy diet rather than the food with too much oil and fat  will make us not only healthier but also happier.
