It is easy to blame your lot in life on some outside force, to stop trying because you believe fate is against you. I used to complain about my life,work and family, but complain never makes sense and always gives more irrigation. If i didn't get what i want that's because i hadn't put enough effort to it. So now i just do somthing to change the situation and seldom complain.
I realized that the past failures had strengthened me, taught me that no one is immune from mistakes. True leaders must learn from their failures, use the lessons to motivate themselves, and not be afraid to try again or make the next tough decision.
I think it is hard be not afraid of mistakes. Utill now i still fear mistakes .Don't konw how to deal with it.
